Description
Amphitrite, the queen of the sea and wife to Neptune (which you can see in the background)
This was inspired by the Tempest (music by Henry Purcell). We're going to sing it with the school's choir and I have my first solo! as you can guess, I am Amphitrite
.
I think this is perhaps one of my best paintings. I love it! Notice the shells, pearls and dolphin/fish tails in her hair.
I used calligraphy pen, water color, pencil and white gouache.
