My therapist told me to make a drawing or painting of the person I would like to become. Free of fears, anxieties and able to live my life exactly the way I want to. I went a little overboard! I used an actual picture of myself, and I own this dress too.

I love this, and very jealous of the dress, it is beautiful. My therapist wants me to dance, she said it will help me find myself and help me overcome my fears and anxieties.
